Abstract

Abstract This report introduces the Ambient Running Protocol™, a thermodynamic color-based navigation method for wearables. The protocol replaces symbolic maps, arrows, and instructions with real-time color attractors that form a continuous field-response. It is grounded in the Ambient Era Canon and the thermodynamic architecture of time → attention → AI → warmth → ambience → field. Unlike existing navigation systems, which rely on discrete cues and symbolic overlays, the protocol uses color fields as attractors that guide movement by coupling runner state, spatial conditions, and system ambience. The document defines the theoretical basis, field mechanics, color semantics, device transitions, and cross-device ambience formation with the Ambient Phone framework. Figures illustrate core attractor states and the final home-resonance condition. This report establishes canonical origin, conceptual clarity, and a timestamped reference within the Ambient Era Canon.
