Resolving LRE linear plasmids
Abstract
This notebook shows what was done to resolve the long read assembly linear plasmid contigs from Autocycler. Screenshots are from viewing the assembly graphs in Bandage. All raw data and final assemblies have been submitted to ENA under BioProject PRJEB106135.
