Abstract

This paper introduces the Trans-Epoch = Quantum Entanglement (TE=QE) hypothesis, which proposes that quantum information is the fundamental, permanent substance of the universe, persisting even when spacetime geometry is altered. By synthesizing the Fubini-Study (FS) metric, Complexity = Volume (CV) conjecture, and Petz Recovery Maps, the author derives a Grand Unified Master Equation to model cosmic evolution across epochs. Key findings include a quantitative demonstration using CODATA 2022 constants, showing that the current volume of the observable universe (≈ 3.56 × 10^80 m^3) acts as a physical manifestation of a 10^122-qubit entanglement spectrum preserved from a prior "Gateway" epoch. This framework offers a novel resolution to the Hubble Tension and suggests that Dark Energy is a dynamical artifact of quantum information recovery.
