D4.3 Periodic KPI Updates

This document is the final version of Deliverable D4.3: Periodic KPI Updates Related to Communication and Dissemination: Performance Monitoring, produced within Work Package 4 (WP4) of the INDUSAC project. The deliverable provides a comprehensive summary and analysis of the communication, dissemination, and exploitation activities carried out by the consortium throughout the entire project duration (M1–M36).The report documents the evolution of outreach efforts across three reporting periods: M1–M12, M13–M24, and M25–M36, demonstrating the project’s growing visibility and impact. Key performance indicators (KPIs) were monitored and analysed across multiple channels, including the project website, social media, newsletters, press clippings, and event participation.The final period (M25–M36) focused on showcasing project results and sustaining engagement through targeted campaigns, high-profile events, and tailored content. The deliverable also presents recommendations for maintaining and scaling outreach efforts beyond the project’s lifetime.This report highlights the effectiveness of the consortium’s communication strategy. It confirms that the dissemination activities successfully supported the project’s overall objectives: fostering human-centred, quick challenge-driven industry-academia collaborations and building a vibrant, engaged community of stakeholders across Europe and beyond.
