On the Origin of Structural Governance - The Foundations of Engineering Governance
Abstract
This v1.0 release defines the Structural Governance framework, introducing the four justification dimensions, the Governance Atom, the Engineering Governance DNA, the Living Decision Tree, and the Governance Metabolism. It establishes the invariants, geometry, and metabolic behaviours that underpin justified decision‑making across engineering governance. This paper serves as the umbrella foundation for the Structural Governance research programme.
