Upper Limit Law for Spectroscopic Velocity Drift in Canonical Quintessence
Abstract
Upper Limit Law for Spectroscopic Velocity Drift in Canonical Quintessence Release v1.0.0 — 2026-02-13 This is the initial public release of the complete reproducibility package. Main Results (A) Background-level upper limit (C0–C5) $$A_0^\star = 0.38 \pm 0.02 ;\text{cm/s/yr}$$ A parameterization-independent supremum for the model class $\mathcal{M}(\tau \leq 3%, \kappa_{\max}=3, \varepsilon, L=5)$, validated by W-space/V-space agreement to within 0.8%. (B) Perturbation-consistent achievable bound (C0–C6) A direct feasible witness achieves $A_0 \simeq 0.185$ cm/s/yr under the perturbation-consistency prior ($|\Delta f\sigma_8| < 1%$, $|\Delta(D/a)| < 1%$ over $z \in [0.1, 2]$). The calibration-tier analysis brackets the C6-constrained supremum in $[0.170, 0.230]$ cm/s/yr. Package Contents Paper: paper/main_revised.tex and compiled PDF (27 pages) Data: All derived data products (CSV/JSON), including decision tables, interval certifications, and calibration-tier envelopes Scripts: Full pipeline for verification, figure generation, and constraint construction Documentation: Model-class specification, verifier contracts, assurance scope, and decision semantics Verification: SHA256SUMS for integrity checking, VERIFY_REPORT for automated validation Scope Limitation (Transparency) The active-set hierarchy (C3/C4 binding, C2/C5 slack) is a numerical observation at the optimum. The C3 → C5′ global-domain closure has been refuted by counterexample; all certified C6 claims are restricted to $z \in [0.1, 2]$. The background-level upper limit $A_0^\star$ is unaffected (rests on Arzelà–Ascoli compactness under C0–C5).
