Paper 31: The Center Is Not a Structure. The Center Is a Function.
Abstract
This paper demonstrates that the center is not a structural component but a universal function — the function of generating, coordinating, and maintaining structure from a single organizational domain. Evidence is drawn from six domains: (1) the positional constant of genetic material across all known biological systems, (2) scientific terminology encoding the centrality principle, (3) the cosmic DNA nebula photographed by NASA, (4) cross-scale functional identity from virus to galaxy, (5) loss of center as universal cause of structural death, and (6) the informational code of the center as a scale-invariant constant. The falsification criterion is singular: identify one self-sustaining system in which informational material is organized without any central domain. To date, no such example exists. C₀ + γ → S.
