Abstract

Abstract Judgment Physics 2.0 extends the constitutional layer (v1.0) into a dynamic layer by introducing a cross-scale prediction error framework. Under irreversibility pressure, judgment systems do not merely allocate responsibility — they generate, amplify, dampen, and redistribute prediction errors across structural layers. This paper formalizes: Prediction Error as Structural Tension Cross-Scale Error Coupling Irreversibility-Driven Error Lock-in Judgment Physics 2.0 does not replace v1.0. It operationalizes it under dynamic conditions. This framework applies to all consequential judgment systems, including but not limited to AI, institutional governance, economic policy, and civilizational decision structures.
