Abstract

Abstract (English) This paper presents the concept of an AI‑based citizen platform designed as a public‑interest digital infrastructure that integrates key societal domains: democracy, sustainable consumption, mobility, culture, health, environment, community, labor, and public administration. The platform offers a fundamental alternative to today’s commercially driven digital systems by being entirely ad‑free, data‑minimal, and transparent. It enables political participation, ecological responsibility, social connectivity, and accessible public services — supported by an AI assistant that provides guidance without tracking or profiling users. The concept demonstrates how digital technologies can be designed to strengthen democratic self‑determination, enhance social cohesion, and facilitate sustainable lifestyles. The citizen platform thus becomes a foundational element of a future‑oriented, inclusive, and resilient society.
