Title: Transgenerational Epigenetic Impact of Benzo[a]pyrene in Medaka: An Integrated ATAC-Sequencing and Ensemble Docking Analysis of Oocyte Chromatin Remodeling
Abstract
This repository contains both the raw data, the pipline used to analyze it, and the output data. The alligned ATAC-seq files where uploaded as BAM files. Two zip folders are uploaded, 1) Streamline ensemble docking pipeline for BPDE nucleosome docking. 2) Data analsysis of the ATAC seq data of exposed and control medaka Oocytes.
