Dynamic Transition and Viability: Philosophical and Formal Foundations of Yang Jihoon Dynamics
Abstract
Existence at the Boundary & Transition Viability A Dual-Aspect Foundation of Yang Jihoon Dynamics This publication presents a paired philosophical and formal foundation of Yang Jihoon Dynamics (YJD). The work consists of two complementary papers: Existence at the Boundary: A Philosophy of Dynamic TransitionA standalone ontological framework defining existence as the sustained possibility of transition within finite cognitive and structural constraints. Transition Viability and Boundary Awareness: A Philosophical Foundation of Yang Jihoon DynamicsA formal mapping of the above ontology into the mathematical structure of YJD, where existence is modeled as non-zero transition viability within an admissible state space. Core Thesis Existence is not a static substance, nor an unlimited flow.It is the preservation of viable transitions under boundary conditions. Distortion is reinterpreted as boundary-proximity instability rather than moral failure.Awareness is modeled as reflective expansion of perceived transition space.Ethics is defined structurally as the preservation of mutual transition viability. Across both papers, the central proposition is: Being persists where transition remains possible. Contribution This dual publication serves three functions: It establishes a readable, self-contained philosophical ontology independent of formal mathematics. It integrates that ontology into the viability-preserving dynamical framework of YJD. It clarifies the structural relationship between boundary, distortion, cognition, transition, and ethical sustainability. Rather than proposing a new moral doctrine, this work presents a structural account of survival, awareness, and relational coexistence. Position within the YJD Series These papers function as the ontological bridge between: Early structural dynamics formulations, Viability and gate-based mathematical developments, Later works on relational survival, structural ethics, and resonance-based interaction. They mark a transition from exploratory expansion to structural condensation. Keywords Ontology; Transition Viability; Boundary Theory; Structural Ethics; Awareness; Yang Jihoon Dynamics; Viability Theory; Relational Sustainability
