Abstract

This publication proposes phase addressed measurement scheduling, a control plane method in which quantum measurement interactions are triggered inside cycle anchored phase windows of a shared cyclic reference phase rather than targeted by absolute timestamps. The proposal does not modify quantum mechanics, the Born rule, POVMs, or Hilbert space dynamics. It constrains when standard measurement instruments are applied using wrap safe phase windows and an explicit cycle index to avoid same phase wrong cycle ambiguity. The document aligns with the Phase Coordination stack by using tick canonical semantics for unambiguous verification and audit contexts and by composing with Q Address macro window plus micro slot addressing, TAQA execution coordination, and HS Bloch quality and freshness gating. It provides toy models clarifying conditions of benefit under phase correlated drift and proposes experimentally testable protocols for superconducting processors and photonic network settings. No performance numbers are claimed without hardware validation.
