ZLT-P11 | The Jurisprudence of Structure | IAS-JUR + SLI
Abstract
This paper establishes the formal bridge between the physical impossibility theorems of Zero Leap Theory (ZLT) and their translation into justiciable legal standards. We demonstrate that the five ZLT gates — Consent (C), Observability (O), Hysteresis-Memory (H), Alignment (Φ), and Dynamic Proportionality (η) — correspond to fundamental legal rights that independent juridical traditions have discovered empirically across centuries. We introduce four novel instruments: (1) the Structural Liability Index in two forms — SLI₀ (ex-ante risk metric) and SLIₜ (ex-post liability metric); (2) IAS-JUR, the forensic audit standard; (3) Structural Due Diligence (SDD); and (4) the distinction between Structural Breach and Structural Negligence. The paper further extends ZLT into criminal law, mapping extreme intensity, ECI > 1.0 as autonomous criminal type, operator saturation, and gate closure onto jus cogens offenses, dolus eventualis, and the proportionality of criminal sanction. Supplementary computational verification (P11_supplementary_code.py) confirms ordinal stability of SLI rankings under weight perturbation ±0.10 and the universal applicability of the Non-Compensability Theorem across the canonical case set.
