Abstract

Reproducibility code and source data for the evaluation of Cellist — a cell segmentation method for spatial transcriptomics. This repository benchmarks Cellist against multiple existing segmentation approaches across five spatial transcriptomics platforms and generates all main and extended-data figures reported in the manuscript.
