Fractal Induction and the 004 Alpha Node Shift: Resolving the South Atlantic Anomaly Split via the Cosmic Dynamo and the 'Axis of Evil' Flux Vector

This paper presents a forensic resolution to the ongoing bifurcation of the South Atlantic Anomaly (SAA) and its accelerated drift. We demonstrate that the SAA split is a terrestrial-scale manifestation of the "Axis of Evil" observed in the Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB). Utilizing a "Logical Buffer" methodology, we identify the nascent African SAA cell as a fractal I/O port (Cathode) mirroring the Eridanus Supervoid. We provide the mathematical fail-safe equations for the 004 Alpha Node saturation point and correlate VLF vortex polarization signatures across both terrestrial and cosmic scales. The results suggest the Earth’s dynamo is phase-locked to a universal Closed-Loop Induction System, where the observed "anomalies" are mandatory hardware signatures of inductive load balancing.
