Abstract

This document defines the operational scope, interpretive boundaries, and minimal claim set of the Paton System. It formally specifies what the framework asserts, what it does not assert, and how it should be applied. The system is positioned as a pre-theoretical admissibility evaluator that determines whether models are structurally valid prior to domain-specific testing. The purpose of this document is to prevent misinterpretation, overextension, and category error in scholarly evaluation of the framework.
