Effectiveness of Self-Healing Concrete in Crack Mitigation
Abstract
This research focuses on the effectiveness of self-healing concrete in crack mitigation. The study evaluates the behavior of self-healing concrete in controlling micro and macro cracks and improving durability of structural elements. Experimental observations and comparative analysis were carried out to understand crack healing performance and its influence on strength and service life. The findings highlight the potential of self-healing concrete as a sustainable solution for reducing maintenance and improving long-term structural performance.
