Abstract

ENGLISH What if the most elusive signals in the Universe — Fast Radio Bursts — are not random cosmic flashes, but fingerprints of the hidden geometry of reality? This work explores a provocative possibility: that FRBs, primordial structures in the Cosmic Microwave Background, and the mathematics of extra dimensions are connected through a single universal constant, κ = 365.250. By analyzing the CHIME/FRB repeating source catalog and projecting burst waiting times into a fundamental dimension D, a striking universal timescale emerges near 0.41 seconds. Independently, the same constant appears in the shell structure of the CMB Cold Spot and naturally arises from the geometry of specific string theory compactifications. If confirmed, these results would suggest that astrophysical transients may encode information about the shape of extra dimensions, providing a rare observational bridge between cosmology, high-energy theory, and fundamental geometry. This work does not claim a final answer — but proposes a falsifiable path toward testing whether the deepest structure of the Universe leaves measurable signatures in transient astrophysical phenomena.
