Code for: Trajectories and fate of forests after destructive fires worldwide

MATLAB scripts used for the analysis and figure generation in the manuscript. This archive contains the full set of scripts used in our study for performing linear regression to generate median fitting curves and for constructing a random forest classification model, along with all associated visualizations. The code has been consolidated into a single Word document for convenience, but individual sections can be copied into separate files for independent execution. The code can be executed in MATLAB R2022b.
