Abstract

LEGAL NOTICE: Patent Pending. This work is an integral component of the logic filed under U.S. Provisional Patent Application #63/990,933 (Filed Feb 25, 2026). Title: Spacecraft Hull Design and Universal Scaling Constant 1.0857. This technical paper provides a deterministic resolution to the heliospheric "Coronal Heating Problem" and the anomalous acceleration of fast-stream solar wind. By identifying the 1.0857 universal scaling constant, this work demonstrates that solar wind velocity is governed by a metric synchronization lag between the solar surface (Causal Anchor) and the terminal interplanetary medium.
