Notes on the Topological Constraints and Bianchi Closure in 4D Manifolds
Abstract
This paper presents a foundational geometric framework examining the topological constraints and consistency conditions within 4-dimensional differentiable manifolds. By integrating concepts from information geometry with the Cartan formalism, we investigate the manifold structure under intrinsic bounded-state conditions. Specifically, we introduce a 64-dimensional symmetric constraint model derived from information-theoretic entropy limits (the axiom of Maximum Information Efficiency). A rigorous mathematical derivation of the Bianchi identities is provided. We demonstrate that the algebraic and differential closures (topologically expressed as $d^2 = 0$) are not merely geometric properties, but natural consequences of local information flux conservation. Furthermore, the framework explores self-dual connections and metric compatibility via a Palatini first-order formalism. By applying a 1/2-chiral decomposition to the curvature 2-forms, the model reveals the emergence of torsion as a necessary geometric response to fermionic-type topological constraints. Ultimately, these notes establish a self-consistent mathematical bridge between discretized state spaces and classical continuous field equations, ensuring structural closure without requiring prior dynamical assumptions.
