INNOVATIVE APPROACHES TO ENSURING WOMEN'S EMPLOYMENT IN THE DIGITAL WORLD
Abstract
The rapid advancement of digital technologies has transformed labor markets globally, creating unique opportunities and challenges for women’s employment. Traditional barriers, such as geographic constraints, inflexible work schedules, and societal expectations, often limit women’s participation in the workforce. This paper investigates innovative approaches to enhancing women’s employment in the digital era, including remote work, online education, digital entrepreneurship, and policy initiatives. Through a comprehensive review of literature, case studies, and statistical analysis, the study demonstrates how integrating digital tools and government-supported programs can empower women, improve economic participation, and promote gender equality. Strategic recommendations are provided for governments, organizations, and enterprises to create sustainable and inclusive employment opportunities for women in the digital world.
