Correlational Theory V2
Abstract
We propose a structural framework in which physical law emerges from a single principle: the minimization of generative arbitrariness under maximal admissible re-description within a non-factorizable descriptive domain. The universe is not assumed to be a closed configuration, nor a predefined geometric manifold, nor a dynamical system given a priori. Instead, it is modeled as a non-terminating, non-factorizable structure whose generative processes must be independent of representational choices. We show that under conditions of non-closure, compositional consistency, and strong locality, the minimization of equivariance defect forces the emergence of a strongly local quadratic Dirichlet generator. In the continuum limit, this yields a Laplace-type operator with quadratic principal symbol, inducing an emergent metric structure. Dimensional criticality arises from marginal stability of the spectral flow, selecting four dimensions. Gravitational dynamics appear as the stationary condition of the marginal geometric term, while quantum structure emerges from residual incompatibility under maximal re-description. This framework does not postulate spacetime, gauge symmetry, or quantum commutation relations as primitive. Instead, they arise as necessary structural consequences of minimal non-arbitrariness within a non-closed generative system.
