Correlational Theory V1
Abstract
We propose a structural framework in which physical law emerges from a single principle: the minimization of generative arbitrariness under maximal admissible re-descriptionwithin a non-factorizable descriptive domain. The universe is not assumed to be a closedconfiguration, nor a predefined geometric manifold, nor a dynamical system given a priori.Instead, it is modeled as a non-terminating, non-factorizable structure whose generativeprocesses must be independent of representational choices. We show that under conditions of non-closure, compositional consistency, and stronglocality, the minimization of equivariance defect forces the emergence of a strongly localquadratic Dirichlet generator. In the continuum limit, this yields a Laplace-type operatorwith quadratic principal symbol, inducing an emergent metric structure. Dimensionalcriticality arises from marginal stability of the spectral flow, selecting four dimensions.Gravitational dynamics appear as the stationary condition of the marginal geometricterm, while quantum structure emerges from residual incompatibility under maximalre-description.This framework does not postulate spacetime, gauge symmetry, or quantum commutation relations as primitive. Instead, they arise as necessary structural consequences ofminimal non-arbitrariness within a non-closed generative system.
