Abstract

Eight predictions. Zero fitted parameters. All within 0.6% of observation. From the same single axiom that derives the Standard Model gauge group (finite enforceability of physical distinctions), this paper develops the quantitative consequences that follow from the reconstructed structure. The companion paper determines what exists; this paper determines what numbers are forced by what exists. The capacity-competition flow between the SU(2) and U(1) enforcement sectors has a unique equilibrium: sin²θ_W = 3/13 ≈ 0.23077 (measured: 0.23122 ± 0.00003, deviation 0.19%) The cost ratio γ₂/γ₁ = 17/4 is not a free input — it equals the trace of the competition matrix, derived via anchored coherence drain: a multi-channel sector sharing an enforcement interface with a rank-1 partner inherits the partner's self-regulation as additional drain. The equilibrium is proved to be a global UV attractor via an explicit Lyapunov function. The Big Bang is pinned to 3/13; the 0.19% deviation is drift accumulated as the universe cools. Horizon equipartition over the Standard Model's 61 capacity units produces the cosmological density fractions: Ω_Λ = 42/61 ≈ 0.689 (Planck: 0.6889, deviation 0.05%) Ω_m = 19/61 ≈ 0.311 (Planck: 0.3111, deviation 0.12%) f_b = 3/19 ≈ 0.158 (Planck: 0.1571, deviation 0.49%) All predictions are exact rational numbers. The framework additionally excludes a fourth generation, Dirac neutrinos, dark matter particles, and strong CP violation — all as structural consequences, not assumptions. Every input to these calculations was derived in the companion paper. If the reconstruction is wrong, the numbers are wrong. If the reconstruction is right, the numbers are forced. There is no room for adjustment. 5 structural inputs, all proved. 0 remaining assumptions. 8 predictions. 0 parameters. About the series. Admissibility Physics derives the Standard Model gauge group, fermion content, quantum formalism, Lorentzian spacetime, the Einstein field equations, the cosmological constant, and the neutrino, strong-CP, and dark sectors from a single assumption — that enforcement is finite at every causally connected region — with zero free parameters. The core derivation runs Papers 0–11; the extension papers carry the individual sectors. Each paper's main text and Technical Supplement is deposited separately, and every quantitative claim traces to a named, executable check in the public theorem bank (over 3,800 bank-registered theorems across roughly 450 modules, 48 quantitative predictions).
