Algorithmic Power: Artificial Intelligence, Strategic Autonomy and the Multipolar World (2026–2035) This strategic monograph examines artificial intelligence as a structural driver of geopolitical transformation in the emerging multipolar system. It develops the concept of Algorithmic Power as a framework explaining how states leverage AI capabilities to shape deterrence, strategic autonomy, economic competitiveness and military doctrine. The study analyzes: AI and military transformation Strategic autonomy in the European Union The United States–China AI competition Turkey’s AI-military trajectory Greece’s strategic opportunities in algorithmic deterrence Hybrid warfare and cognitive-domain influence operations The book argues that middle powers can enhance deterrence asymmetrically through targeted AI integration in defence, intelligence, maritime security and decision-support systems.
