Structural Analysis of Gemini Exchange Regional Pullout SUBTITLE: A Boundary-First Framework Diagnostic Case Study
Abstract
ABSTRACT: This paper applies boundary-first analytical frameworks to the announced withdrawal of Gemini Exchange from the United Kingdom, European Union, and Australia. Rather than treating public explanations as primary causes, the analysis interprets the event through structural diagnostics including Interface-First Dynamics, Boundary-Governed Systems, the Circuit Completion Principle, Guided Auxiliary Structure Discovery (GASD), Self-Ordering Ecosystem logic, and coherence energetics. The case is treated as a constrained application study rather than a universal proof. The objective is to evaluate whether framework-based diagnostics reveal explanatory structure and predictive guidance not captured by conventional financial or strategic analysis. The result suggests that failures of threading, lifecycle sequencing, gating, and coherence maintenance can produce predictable patterns of organizational contraction. The study is offered as a demonstration of methodological application and as an exploratory contribution toward structural diagnostics of complex systems. This analysis is presented as a structured interpretive case study intended to illustrate framework application rather than to establish causal proof.
