Dual-Modal Information-Holographic Unified Theory: A Co-emergent Ontology of Bit and Analog
Abstract
Reality manifests a profound duality: continuous dynamical evolution (Analog) granting generative freedom, symmetry, and rhythm, versus discrete quantization (Bit) providing identity, memory, and stability. This work proposes a dual-modal ontological framework in which Bit and Analog are inseparable co-emergent sources, extending Wheeler's "It from Bit" into a bidirectional symbiosis: information emerges from geometry, while geometry is stabilized by informational constraints. This novel framework unifies information, quantum mechanics, and geometry, while highlighting open challenges in deriving strict equalities from bounds.
