Abstract

Deterministic Domain Semantics (DDS) is a deontic governance framework that renders open-world domain knowledge systematically closable by requiring admissible meaning, normative status, and epistemic gaps to be made explicit. DDS introduces Domain Language (DomL), Domain Language Graph (DomLG), a five-condition DDS-valid admissibility predicate, and a mechanical six-finding Self-QC algorithm. DDS is parametric in constraint language L; complementarity with SHACL is demonstrated empirically.
