Baysüngür Quantum Geometry Framework (BQGF) Part XII: The Universal Constant c as the Maximum Sealing Throughput of the ZV-Field
Abstract
This paper reinterprets the speed of light (c) not as a mechanical velocity limit, but as the fundamental bandwidth of information processing within the Baysüngür Quantum Geometry. We propose that c is the maximum rate at which the Time-Existence (ZV) Field can seal information (Mühürleme) onto the spacetime fabric. By deriving c from Planck-scale parameters, we provide a causal foundation for the universal speed limit, linking special relativity directly to information theory and the BEMM metric.
