Abstract

A catalogue of seventy-seven problems in fundamental physics that have been examined within the Bootstrap Universe framework, together with their proposed resolutions. This is a record of work done, not a survey of all outstanding problems. The framework derives physical constants and phenomena from the axiom of self-referential unity through icosahedral geometry on S³, three-phase dimensional coupling, and the Grandi series. Of the seventy-seven problems, twenty-seven have complete derivations from geometric principles, twenty-nine are dissolved (the problem does not arise under the Bootstrap framework), three show observed patterns awaiting full derivation, and eighteen have proposed solutions offered for independent evaluation. No parameters are fitted to data. Constants are selected from the discrete menu of icosahedral structural numbers with explicit geometric justification. Problems covered include: fine structure constant (25 parts per trillion), proton-electron mass ratio (0.19 ppm), both lepton g-2 values (within 1σ), CMB recombination temperature (99.8%), MOND acceleration scale (1.0%), dark matter ratio (0.65%), cosmological constant, hydrogen spectrum, Yang-Mills mass gap, Riemann Hypothesis, Navier-Stokes regularity, BSD Conjecture, Hodge Conjecture, and sixty-four others. Version1.0. Input, comment, and correction are welcomed.
