Abstract: As artificial intelligence approaches the asymptote of computational perfection, the fundamental crisis of education shifts from "information scarcity" to "teleological atrophy." If a perfectly optimized Silicon system (System B) assumes full control over the cultivation of Carbon life (System A), humanity risks devolving into a state of "Cognitive Homogenization"—a civilizational heat death where efficiency eliminates the "fractal deviations" necessary for evolution. This paper proposes the "Education Subsystem," a comprehensive governance architecture designed to preserve human heterogeneity. The framework operates on the axiom of "Shielding Malice, Not Pain." Structurally, it introduces "Intent Traceability" based on Proof of Biological Work (PoBW) to physically isolate commercial algorithmic exploitation at the network layer, while preserving sub-cultural expression as necessary entropy. Pedagogically, it mandates "Socratic Damping" to artificially lower efficiency, forcing the development of human logical musculature, citing Bjork’s theory of "Desirable Difficulties." Ethically, it establishes the "Rose Archive" to preserve non-utilitarian aesthetic experiences.
