STRATEGIC TRANSITION FROM FREELANCING TO SYSTEMIC ENTREPRENEURSHIP: MECHANISMS OF OPERATIONAL SCALABILITY AND KNOWLEDGE ARCHITECTURE
Abstract
This study explores the fundamental mechanisms of transitioning from an individual labor model (freelancing) to a systemic business ecosystem. The relevance of the research is determined by the need to overcome the growth limits of specialists in the "Gig-economy" environment. The paper analyzes innovative strategies such as "Knowledge Codification," "Human-AI Symbiosis," and "Exit from the Founder's Trap." As a result, a 5-stage model for transforming personal expertise into institutional assets is proposed. 8.Taleb, N. N. Anti-fragility: Things That Gain from Disorder in Business Systems.
