HEI: The Dialectics of Burnout. From Trump's 'Cure' to Korea's 'Erasure' — A Gendered Thermodynamic Audit
Abstract
This research presents a Hegelian synthesis of political discourse and statistical physics to decode the current demographic collapse in developed nations. We define the 'Trumpian Thesis' — the anachronistic belief that labor intensity (I) is a linear cure for systemic depression — and contrast it with the 'Korean Antithesis,' where extreme social resistance (R) converts human effort into destructive heat (Q) according to the Joule-Lenz Law. The resulting synthesis is the Human Erasure Index (HEI): a measure of the point where a population ceases to reproduce or sustain itself to avoid thermodynamic burnout. By analyzing South Korea as the 'Thermodynamic Limit,' this paper demonstrates that record-high suicide rates and record-low fertility are not mere social trends, but a rational circuit-break in a system reaching 100% entropy. The work includes a predictive regression model (1990–2035) and open-source Python architecture for cross-national HEI auditing
