Abstract

Abstract The Temporal Interpretation of quantum mechanics treats proper time as the primary physical quantity and introduces a finite compatibility threshold between systems as the condition for classical coexistence. If such a structure has macroscopic consequences, it should generate a characteristic dynamical scale in extended gravitational systems. Starting exclusively from baryonic observables and applying a strictly forward operator derived from temporal incompatibility, we analyse 171 galaxies from the SPARC catalogue. A global sweep identifies a single collective minimum at Δτgal ≈ (5 ± 1) × 1013 s, which organises the rotation curves without per-galaxy tuning, halo modelling, or inverse reconstruction. The scale remains stable under robustness tests and forward batch validation, suggesting that galactic dynamics may encode an emergent temporal regime rather than require additional matter components. All numerical analyses are fully reproducible. The scripts used to generate the results are publicly archived at Zenodo (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.18651458). The SPARC catalogue used in this study is described in Lelli, McGaugh & Schombert (2016), AJ 152, 157 (DOI: 10.3847/0004-6256/152/6/157).
