Directed Micro-Floss Generation: A Portable Centrifugal Sugar Fiber Projection Device
Abstract
This paper discloses a conceptual design for a portable micro-centrifugal device capable of generating and projecting edible sugar fibers in a directed manner. Unlike conventional cotton candy machines that produce passive radial fiber clouds, this design introduces a compact, controlled-output architecture suitable for handheld or wearable formats. The system integrates controlled thermal liquefaction, micro-centrifugal extrusion, directional flow shaping, and invariant-bounded safety gating. The contribution is architectural: a structured framework for safe, directed micro-floss projection without reliance on pressurized aerosol systems. Practical Problems ⚠️ Sugar buildup⚠️ Cleaning difficulty⚠️ Burn hazard⚠️ Sticky mess everywhere⚠️ Humidity sensitivity
