Abstract

Conventional heliocentric models treat the Solar System as a series of closed ellipses on a static 2D plane. This representation fails to account for the physical consequences of the Sun’s galactic velocity ($v_{\odot} \approx 230$ km/s), which transforms planetary orbits into a high-velocity helical braid. We demonstrate that this helical reference frame is not a mere coordinate transformation but a source of measurable Metric Torsion. We provide a geometric resolution to the Pioneer Anomaly, showing that a spacecraft moving radially in a helical system experiences a characteristic 9:1 radial-to-axial drag ratio. We predict a small, previously unmodeled axial acceleration of $\sim 10^{-11}$ m/s$^2$ directed specifically toward the solar apex—a unique signature that distinguishes this model from thermal radiation explanations. Furthermore, we identify the Jupiter-Saturn 5:2 resonance as a torsional governor that provides the Barycentric Pacemaking for the solar dynamo. By defining the planets as the mechanical forcing function for the Sun's magnetic cycles, we explain the 7.3% discrepancy between the Jovian period and the 11.05-year solar cycle as a Metric Squeeze of the inner planetary escapement. We offer specific, falsifiable predictions for exoplanetary stellar activity and outer planet ephemerides, establishing the Solar System as a precision-tuned Vortex Engine driven through the rigid vacuum lattice.
