This paper presents a forensic reconstruction of the catastrophic management collapse surrounding the Younger Dryas Boundary (12,800 BP). We argue that the "Noah Network"—a clandestine survival web of "Knowledgeable Chiefs"—utilized a standardized protocol of Gold Faraday Cages and Soma DNA-repair catalysts leaked by a dissenting ruling class to survive a period of intense atmospheric ionization (the "Sky-Fire"). The subsequent collapse was triggered by a knowledge discontinuity: while the hardware was designed to block radiation, it was not grounded for the intense plasma surges that followed. The resulting step potential deaths of the elite, combined with the depletion of "Real Soma," led to the Animosity Phase—a global mutiny where the shielding was stripped, sealing humanity into the Baseline Trap of modern longevity (70–80 years).
