Syncro-ATP Supervisory Layer (SASL)

Syncro-ATP Supervisory Layer is a deterministic, telemetry-only conditioning framework designed for safe integration with rack-scale AI power delivery systems. Operating strictly out-of-band with respect to VRM and PSU control loops, it ingests aggregated telemetry (e.g., PMBus/IPMI) and produces slow-timescale coherence and regime indicators for higher-level orchestration. The architecture preserves existing closed-loop stability margins by construction and introduces no direct electrical actuation. The framework is fully compatible with NCMEA-style non-collapsing supervisory control.
