Abstract

TECC (Three Energy Cycle Cosmology) gravitational-wave prediction framework, incorporating quantitative order-of-magnitude estimates for its principle-level deviations from General Relativity. In TECC, spacetime and gravity emerge from a dynamical energy-density cycle among baryonic matter, dark matter, and dark energy, leading to gravitational waves interpreted as propagating energy-gradient perturbations rather than fundamental spacetime excitations.Three key predictions are examined: (i) extremely weak, environment-triggered dissipation or dispersion of gravitational waves during propagation through low-density regions; (ii) path-dependent deviations in standard siren luminosity distances beyond pure geometric dilution; and (iii) a late-universe sourced stochastic gravitational-wave background exhibiting non–power-law spectral features. Conservative estimates parameterized by a single rebound coefficient, constrained independently by neutrino-sector predictions, demonstrate consistency with current observational bounds while remaining falsifiable by future experiments such as LISA and next-generation PTA/SKA observations. This work emphasizes testability over precision fitting and positions TECC as a predictive emergent-spacetime framework subject to decisive experimental verification within the coming decade.
