The Rectification of Intellectual History_ Retracing the History of Science and Establishing the Orthodoxy of Protocol Ontology
Abstract
This paper delves into the theoretical explorations of historical giants in the history of scientific thought regarding material realism, digital realism, and the essence of time and energy. It systematically outlines the evolutionary trajectory of scientific paradigms from "seeking the ultimate entity" to "understanding universal protocols," thereby establishing a robust foundation for the legitimacy of Operator Phase Theory. This paper identifies Impedance (Z) as the primordial operator of the universe. Within an LC dynamic mathematical framework, we achieve a unified derivation of material settlement, energy overhead, temporal emergence, and discrete filtering. This logical architecture reveals that reality is not an a priori entity, but rather the dynamic feedback of protocolized settlement, manifested through the trinity of LC, and R under irreducible energy constraints.
