Abstract

Introduction to the Presentation: GTWSSF Parameter Architecture and Numerical Evidence of USC Author: Robert Kupski Dataset: MasterData v28 (February 2026) – PHASE II (FINAL) This presentation serves as a visual and technical supplement to the research article: Kupski, R. (2026). USC Calibration and Prediction of New-Physics Parameters: Evidential framework for fundamental-constant tests m^e and G^ in GTWSSF–USC–GTCW Theory. Zenodo. https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.18651276 This document synthesizes the parameter architecture of the GTWSSF metapole and presents rigorous numerical evidence for the existence of the Universal State Code (USC), based on the latest validation dataset MasterData v28 (February 15, 2026). The presentation details the three evidentiary pillars of the theory: 1. Reconstruction of Fundamental Constants (Gain > 1): A demonstration of the mechanism by which the theory reconstructs the Gravitational Constant (G^) and Electron Mass (m^e) with precision exceeding reference data. The achieved Precision Gain of 1.18 for constant G constitutes the primary proof of the model's deep informational structure, transcending standard data fitting. 2. Statistical Signal Significance (4.02σ): Presentation of results for the code damping gradient (Δκ), achieving a statistical significance of 4.02 sigma. This result, marked with FINAL status, confirms the physical existence of the information damping mechanism between scales. 3. Scale Unification (Module X11): A demonstration of the theory's consistency across radically different energetic environments. It is shown that the same metapole function correctly describes both the high-energy accelerator vacuum (BK reference from LHC) and the oldest chemical bonds in the Universe (HeH+ anchor in NGC 7027), successfully passing the coupling prediction test. The presentation also defines key geometric anchors (λ) and explains the role of chirality and constants (137, π) in the geometrization of interactions.
