Abstract

Release Notes - v1.0.0 (Initial Official Release) Release of the analysis pipeline of NCBI SRA Database focused on the meta-analysis of sugarcane transcriptomic under water deficit for permanent archival on Zenodo to support the associated scientific publication. The study focuses on integrating multiple projects from the NCBI Sequence Read Archive (SRA) to identify consistent molecular responses under contrasting water regimes. Highlights Data Mining: Automated retrieval and metadata curation of sugarcane projects from NCBI SRA. Analysis Pipeline: Scripts for quality control, mapping, and quantification tailored for sugarcane complex genome. Differential Expression Analysis: Standard DEGs analysis and statistical significance integration for all the individual projects and their combinated analysis. Reproducibility: All scripts are organized to allow the replication of the meta-analysis from raw SRA IDs to final statistical output from any organism.
