THE MYSTERY OF BALL LIGHTNING REVEALED: THE IMPACT ON SCIENCE

The book describes the consequences of unraveling the physical nature of ball lightning. It turned out that ball lightning is a completely new object. Nobody suspects its existence since, from the point of view of common sense, such objects cannot exist. Many scientists share this opinion. But what then to do with the fact that under the generally accepted laws of physics and optics, the properties and paradoxical intriguing behavior of natural ball lightning in the earth's atmosphere exactly coincide with the behavior of this non-existent object? Ultimately, it was shown that such objects can exist, and the necessary conditions for their existence were determined. Of course, when a completely new object is discovered, which has been observed for centuries but has not found its explanation, the question immediately arises about the influence of this circumstance on the scientific understanding of the surrounding world and about the possibility of using the phenomena responsible for the existence of such objects in various fields of application. It turns out that the ball lightning is not a single object with anomalous properties. There is a perfectly new word that we call a world of circulating light.
