Time-External Interpretation of Quantum Phenomena Based on the Light Universe Theory: Conceptual Paper (Photon Time-External Version)
Abstract
This conceptual paper presents a time-external interpretation of quantum phenomena based on the Light Universe Theory. It proposes that quantum entities exist as fluctuations outside of time and are only drawn into the temporal domain through the act of observation, manifesting as causally consistent outcomes. The paper incorporates the physical property that photons experience no passage of time (proper time zero) as a concrete basis for this interpretation. Key phenomena such as probabilistic behavior, quantum entanglement, and the measurement problem are reinterpreted within this framework. The paper also discusses connections with quantum mechanical calculations, showing that time-independent formulations align with the concept of time-external fluctuations, while time-dependent calculations correspond to observation-driven entry into time. This work offers a complementary conceptual model for understanding quantum mechanics and provides a philosophical and intuitive perspective on quantum behavior in relation to light and time.
