Chronosomnobulia: A Self-Regulation Protocol Engineering Framework for Sleep Readiness Stabilization Version 1.0
Abstract
Chronosomnobulia is a structured temporal self-regulation framework designed to stabilize evening behavioral architecture in preparation for restorative sleep. The model formalizes a three-phase invariant structure and introduces a rolling multi-day stability evaluation mechanism based on pattern continuity rather than single-night performance. The framework operates as a closed-loop adaptive behavioral system under bounded disturbance and remains empirically open. This document presents Version 1.0 of the formal specification.
