External Momentum, Termination-Boundary Motion, and Kernel Discipline in Structured Vacuum Field Theory: Compact-Object Signals and Cross-Domain Closure Tests
Abstract
This preprint develops the external kinematic and response structure of Structured Vacuum Field Theory (SVFT) under a single declared kernel family and coherence length. The work formalizes external conservation laws for moving termination boundaries, derives a dissipative propagation equation for reactive-domain strain, and enforces a cross-domain kernel-discipline protocol linking compact-object dynamics, gravitational-wave attenuation, cosmological growth scaling, and low-multipole harmonic structure. Black holes are treated as Exclusive Recursion Zones (ERZs) where the recursion identity R[Ψ] = 0 holds locally and propagating degrees of freedom are absent. Observable momentum and angular momentum are shown to reside entirely in the external reactive domain Ω(t). A Reynolds transport formulation yields an exact boundary-flux law and a termination-centroid drift relation governed by coherence-pressure gradients. The external-response equation produces a damping rate Γ(k) = ½(τ_pers⁻¹ + c²τ_pers k²) with the constitutive constraint ν_vac = c²τ_pers enforced by stiffness–persistence structure. The growth-sector correction derived from the declared kernel family is Δ_P(k) = −(kℓ_coh)² + O(k⁴), with ℓ_coh fixed by the quantum–gravity closure Għ/c³ = C_E ℓ_coh². The manuscript emphasizes falsifiability and cross-domain parameter discipline: no sector-specific tuning is permitted. Failure of non-overlap consistency across domains falsifies the declared kernel family.
