Abstract

gDNA counts of A375, A549 viability screens for the validation of the Jacquere Library as presented in Drepanos et al., Cell Genomics, 2026. Data is reported for screens with the use of an all-in-one ("counts-EK20250627_Jacquere_allinone.txt") and split vector ( "counts-STS_A375_A549_CP0081.txt") .
