MetaTime v46.0r1: Framework, Falsifiability, and Informational Closure in an Open-EFT
Abstract
This manuscript presents the MetaTime framework in its current formal stage (v46.0r1). The proposal interprets observable physics as an Open Effective Field Theory (Open-EFT) coupled to an informational bath, governed by a principle of computational action minimization (PCAM).The present document does not claim a derivation of fundamental constants nor a completed alternative to standard cosmology or quantum field theory. Instead, it establishes:A clearly stated set of non-standard hypotheses.A formal mapping between informational thermodynamics (Landauer principle) and effective dynamical processes.A set of non-negotiable experimental kill-tests (short-range gravity, KK spectrum bounds, macroscopic coherence constraints). The framework is intentionally structured as a falsifiable research program. No claim is made that the model is empirically validated at this stage. The goal of this release is to define the assumptions precisely and make all potential failure modes explicit
