Abstract

We present the Dual Horizon Radiation Correspondence (DHRC) with quantitative predictions connecting Hawking radiation and primordial cosmological backgrounds. Building on Horizon-Generator Cosmology, we derive: (1) specific spectral signatures mapping to primordial perturbation statistics, (2) consistency relations between parent horizon temperature and offspring radiation scales, (3) falsifiable correlation function predictions, (4) observational constraints α ≈ 0.05–0.3 from CMB data. We predict deviations from perfect thermality in Hawking radiation with correlation scales quantitatively related to cosmological perturbation scales.
